My training is that of a Business
Systems Analyst with a B.S. degree in Business Information Systems
covering all aspects of financial analysis, business process analysis,
application development, data management and integration. I have managed
projects, work teams, developed RFP, training and help documentation,
and fielded 2nd level end user support issues. Managing vendor relations
and program temporary fixes and upgrades has been all in a days work as
well as negotiation of vendor contracts and job scope for program
development.
My skill set is all things data, from acquisition to storage to business
intelligence reporting analysis. SQL 2K DBA, Oracle and DB2/AS400 Report
Analyst, Crystal Reports 8.5 (Business Objects), Cognos Impromptu
Administration, Access 2K development, VBA, MS-VB6, recently acquired
Visual Studio .NET upgrade, ODBC and ADO, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle and
DB2 back end data, PL/SQL, stored procedures. I have EDI experience from
purchasing/logistics point of view and credit card batch processing
systems implementation for online transactions as well as ERP experience
(manufacturing logistics, financials, government systems). Previous to
my technical focus life, I have graphic design and marketing experience
from my early careers.
